Cheesecakes with condensed milk
Ingredients:
500 gr. cottage cheese
8 tbsp semolina

Knead the dough, cottage cheese, semolina and sugar. with wet hands shape the cake dough,in the middle put the stuffing and close the second tortilla on top.formed by the hands of the cheesecakes. A little coat it in the flour and sent to the pan.fry until Golden brown.
